The Natchitoches Industrial Park has a large undeveloped tract of 171 acres that is available for future development. This site has access to LA Hwy 478, commonly known as Waterwell Road, from the south. This route can be used as a connector for access road and infrastructure tie-ins. LA Hwy 478 is a new two lane State highway providing access to I-49 on the west and LA Hwy 1 South on the east.
The original acreage tract was divided to provide the site for Pilgrims Pride Feed Mill that was developed in 2009. Utility extensions from the Feed Mill location are available including electrical, 12" potable water and sanitary sewer. In addition, electrical extensions are available from current electrical services along the western edge of this property served from LA Hwy 478.
